Why We Are Different
Respect for Your Time
We realize that nobody likes to wait, and nobody likes to waste time. So we take care to set up an appointment schedule that we can keep in a timely manner. We also make sure that we work efficiently during your appointment, so that you're not left sitting, while we deal with someone else. To help expedite your waiting time, Dr. Young has placed patient forms on this website so that you may complete them prior to your seeing us for your first visit.
Respect for Your Budget
We're sensitive to your feelings about finances. That's why we structure our fees to reflect actual time, materials, and laboratory work required for treatment. And of course, we provide you with a complete estimate before we begin. Plus, we're skilled in working with insurance companies and are happy to help you work with your company to ensure that you receive the maximum coverage possible for your particular treatments.
Respect For Your Safety
We have established a state of the art sterilization program to ensure the safety of both patients and staff. His includes the machine sterilization of dental instruments and the broad use of disposable products and cross-contamination barriers. So don't hesitate to askWe'll be glad to explain our detailed safety procedures prior to your visit so that you'll be entirely at ease with how we handle these concerns.
Respect for Emergencies
Last, but not least, we're well aware that dental emergencies require respect and immediate attention. That's why we promise to do what we can to handle your dental emergencies promptlyon the same day that you call the office, if at all possible.
Respect for Your Comfort
There's no getting around the fact that many people are anxious about dental appointments. We understand how important it is for you to be comfortable each time you visit our office, whether you're here for a quick visit or a more lengthy procedure. So we offer a variety of ways to relax, providing personal headphones and T.V. screens in each treatment room. For more complex treatments, we offer intravenous (IV) sedation. Just make us aware of your concerns and ask us for details.
