Scheduling Information
Please note: All patients under 18 must be accompanied by a parent or guardian at the consultation appointment.
Dr. Young is available Monday, Tuesday, Thursday and Friday from 8:00 A.M. to 5:00 P.M., The office is closed on Wednesday. We will schedule your appointment as promptly as possible. If you have pain or an emergency situation, every attempt will be made to see you that day. If you have any questions regarding scheduling an appointment, please feel free to email us.
We try to stay on schedule to minimize waiting at the time of your appointment. For your convenience, patient registration and health history forms are available on this website. Completing these forms will help make your first visit with us more efficient.

Please notify the office if you have a medical condition or concern prior to surgery (e.g. artificial heart valves or joints, heart murmurs requiring pre-medication, severe diabetes, hypertension etc...)
*If your referring dentist has taken x-rays, you may request that they be forwarded to us. |
